– Once your purchase is complete, and the mock-up is approved you will receive your file within 1-2 business days.

– Files are instant digital downloads of a PDF. There are two files attached. 11×17 to send to a printer and cut down to 8.5×11, and 8.5×11 to print at home (this option is not ideal depending on the printer and option to print borderless).
